GABRIELLE RUIZ TO SING NATIONAL ANTHEM AT PROFESSIONAL ULTIMATE DISC GAME
Los Angeles, Calif. (May 9, 2017) –
The Los Angeles Aviators announced that actress and singer Gabrielle Ruiz will perform the national anthem at their May 27, 2017 game.
Ms. Ruiz stars as Valencia on The CW’s critically acclaimed TV original, “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.” Latin Times singled Ruiz out as “7 Latina’s Who Are Killing It On TV Now,” along with Gina Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez among others.
Ms. Ruiz got her first big break as Diana Morales performing in the first national tour of “A Chorus Line.” Significant roles in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s “In The Heights” followed as well as “Evita” with Ricky Martin, and being a part of the closing cast “If/Then” with Idina Menzel. Other film and television credits include, “Sex, Love and Salsa,” “Law and Order -SVU,” “Sesame Street,” “One Life To Live,” and “Orange is the New Black.”
